everyone loved to have a website, but a few ones has the knowledge to make it, i hope you can hel me to post how are the basics to start in website design.
And for that what is the best software to design?

IF you have lots of $$$ you can hire some one to build a site for you..

or get macromedia dreamweaver or front page. they can make life a bit easy.

search Google for tutorials to make website.

I would just do a simple search on free-lance web designers, somtimes you can find a young student to help you out for a smaller charge so he/she can built a portfolio

Remember that just because you might have access to the right tools it doesn't make you a good web designer. It requires a lot of creativity and knowledge, which is why a lot of people will end up spending the money to do the work for them.

HTML and CSS are very easy to learn if you are planning to create static web pages, but if you plan to have a dynamic website then you'd better use free CMSs that don't require much coding knowledge (if any).

I hope I understand your question. If you are asking how to get started in the business of web site design. I would READ READ READ. That's if you don't already have any knowledge. But if you do I would still READ.

In my opinion I would prefer macromedia over all the other (although I hard code web sites) and having a website to advertise your skills is always a good idea.

But while you are doing all that make sure you have the knowledge to design.

Just a few hints. I have alot more but that's a start.

ready made sites and templates are availabale in the market and even soem hosts provides web designing software so need not to worry

Yeah just try to learn even html coding, and you can also find cheap designers out there especially those freelancers.

I think you should have study HTML and CSS before you can really make a website.

I think u should start with a blog and then move forward.

to learn making websites you should start from html and you should practice lot about all those codes. otherwise you can use the software tools like frontpage or dreamweaver. these softwares creates you website in very easy time.

but if you feel its very hard enough for you then you can hire people like me. i do design websites, manage them, design logos, banners.
