    Copyright Infringement/Bandwidth Theft

    I (as I'm sure you all have too) have spent countless hours perfecting my site, and stuff like this really pisses me off.

    A site, www.proxyguide.org, owned by a DP member, has copied and pasted the code from my FAQ page. Then, he states:

    Not only did he have the nerve to do this, but it still links to the images on MY server.

    I won't say the member's name at this time, as I've sent him a request to remove it immediately.

    Any suggestions as to what I should do about this?

    Also, upon further examination, he copied many lines from my CSS.

    where is your site let me see but on the net most of them do copies from others even i see some posters copy and paste in forums to get money but that is not good for any one

        Replace the images he took from you with some nasty ones

          Expose him in the open forum at DP. Let everyone know the type of character this guy has. This will make his reputation at DP dip and would generate pressure on him to remove your material from his site. If he still does not fall in line sue him under a proper law.

          No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
