I have installed wordpress on my website and purchased a theme. It has an internal editor but i don't know how to use this editor. Any one who can guide me ?

Look into some online tutorials. Lynda.com is good, they are informative and use video and text transcripts.

They have a Wordpress Training and Tutorials section with courses on pretty much anything you might have questions about.

There are also many other online tutorials and courses out there, but I can't speak so much for them, because I haven't used them. But I'm sure many are good. You can read reviews of online tutorials by Googling them.
