    1. Bootstrap is set of styles, css and some js bundled to help you with some animations that you would have to write on your own otherwise.
      Angular, on the other hand is the logic layer for the front end wrapped up nicely in the form of modules, directives, data binding (You know when data changes -> the view also changes) etc.
    2. Irrelevant but true, bootstrap was created by twitter.
      Angular is maintained by Google.
    3. Bootstrap can’t help you much in making a SPA(Single page application)
      Angular would help you a lot in doing so.
    4. Bootstrap and Angular both have immense open source support. I however feel Angular has it more than Bootstrap though. Feel free to debate on it.
    5. When you want to decorate a webpage use bootstrap as it contains the relevant base styles to help you with it.
      When you want to add logic , you need JS instead use Angular (also in JS).

      If you enjoy having a large selection of themes, then Bootstrap is the way to go. No doubt about it. If you have a preference for rems over pixels, then maybe Foundation isn’t so bad after all.

        I'm one of the designers working on Foundation, and there are a few famous patient, as well as implementation-specific differences between the two frameworks. This means a lighter, faster, framework for all devices. Foundation is intended to be customized: Foundation isn't a theme or a visual style guide.

          To my knowledge, functionality of Bootstrap and foundation is one and the same. It totally depends on the personal interest that which functionality you select. The only difference between bootstrap and foundation is that for crafting typography and widths, bootstrap uses pixels and foundation uses rems.

            In my view both Bootstrap and foundation both are same but now a days most of the people are using bootstrap because it is very easy to use themes, browser compatibility and also we can have great Community Support.
