In computer programming (which I assume this question is about because of the tags) a framework is similar to a library, a reusable piece of code that was likely developed by a 3rd party and that you can use to build applications. The difference between a library and framework not always clear, but normally you call a library directly while you provide callbacks to a framework so that it can call your code. That way it provides a “framework” for how you structure your code. Examples: Ruby on Rails and Django.

The .NET structure is an expansive gathering of capacities, classes, and questions that enable software engineers to rapidly create applications in different programming dialects.

The .net system likewise contains the "Normal Language Runtime" or CLR which is a middle of the road venture for accumulating .net dialect source code into a typical executable. Due to the CLR, a man can compose some portion of the program in C# another part in VB and another in VC++ and have everything gather into a similar application. It likewise permits applications written in the .net dialect to keep running on any machine which has the .NET structure introduced on it. Which makes it cross stage perfect.

I have incorporated some book titles in the sources which can enable you to begin on .NET. The initial couple of sections are normally committed to discussing the .NET system and the CLR. The vast majority of these books are in C# since I find that is an awesome starter .NET dialect and afterward you can move into different dialects.

A framework is generally more comprehensive than a protocol and more prescriptive than a structure.

Software frameworks may include support programs, compilers, code libraries, tool sets, and application programming interfaces (APIs) that bring together all the different components to enable development of a project or system

PHP Framework is a library that makes the life of the web developers easier by for instance concealing a few complexities of HTTP protocol or by including some helpful functions. For example the laravel development consisits of simple codes, immense “bundles”, and extensive migration options to develop websites that are modern in the “look and feel.
