PSP or photoshop?

I've been using paint shop pro and i've never actually managed to try out photo shop but i was wondering whether in your opinion which program is better and whether it would be wise for me to purchase photoshop, too?

Neither! Go Gimp! Now that I've made my freeware plug... I would say find a way to try out Photoshop before you buy it -- perhaps you know someone who owns it, or maybe you work in an office and one of the tech guys has a copy on one of the computers.

If you like Photoshop definitely get it. But don't get me wrong -- the cost is pretty high. If you're only doing hobby-type work stick with PSP, it has most of the features you could want.

WEll i used both when we come to comparison then its only photoshop which you can say the best tool for all webmasters .

photoshop hands down. I didnt really like how paint shop pro was setup maybe its becuase i was used to photoshop pretty well before i tried it. However in my opinion photoshop is still the best out there for making graphics and designs which is why so many webmasters use it

Photoshop is worth every penny if you have a reason to use it all of the time. If not gimpshop should do just fine.

Both Photoshop and gimpshop beat paint shop hands down no contest.

i didnt use both they are hard and confuses i use Photobrush so easy cuz i only make sigs by them so ^^

Photoshop is like a more advanced version of Paint shop pro.
I like it tonsss more, but it depends on what you're using it for.
Paint shop pro might suffice if you are just making simple things and don't need to use everything on Adobe.

Photoshop is definitely better if you know its tricks. It is highly made for professional designers. PSP is great for newbies in this field.

I never use such kind of software I am using Uleead Photo Impact and Microsoft Photo Editor Right ..May i check these softwares next days..Thanks for you informations about these Photo editing softwares

I have used both, and I advice to get photoshop. I used it for uears and it's very very good.

photoshop is one of the best inventions in the field og graphics.Try photoshop CS2 it s great.You can even use GIMP shop

Ibelieve that Photoshop is indeed the best choice that helpsto make designs and graphics. A majority of the webmasters make useof Photoshop.

photoshop already hands down. I did not really like about paint shop program was also setup maybe it is becuase i used the photoshop very well.

Photoshop is something amazing designing software at where we can make a realistic photos. I prefer Photoshop for website design. It has numerous features included in it.
