In the HTML language simply add a code.
      For e.g.
      background-image"URL")
In the body section of HTML code.

By using HTML or by using CSS. So, I will be providing you with the code to both the cases

In HTML, you can use the attribute background to define the background.

In CSS, you can use the property background-image that specifies an image to use as the background of an element.

To set an image as a background on web pages, you use the CSS background-image property. This is applied to the HTML element where you want the background image to appear, commonly the <body> tag. Additional CSS properties like background-size, background-repeat, and background-position are used to control how the image appears—such as covering the entire screen, preventing it from repeating, and positioning it correctly. This method ensures the image displays consistently across different devices and screen sizes.
