First of all thanks for this solutions that might be helps the others a lot.

I have tried all.. none of these helps.. I don't prefer medicines more but then i need to consult a local doctor and have pain killers. After having a medicine and a sound sleep for 2-3 hrs, i am completely relieved from all the pain.. But I need to do some ayurvedic ways to eliminate the pains. Periods pain is not normal and it needs to be cured.
