Skin of our body can be measured as important as any other ***** organ in the human system. The Skin and muscles give a significant shelter to the internal organs which are delicate and require to be protected.

You are what you eat. So eat healthy and get healthy skin. You should use moisturizer and scrub more freq in winter. Use face wash more in summer as you get more oily face then.

To get lovely skin naturally, you need to eat a diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses and fish. You need to drink only water and herbal teas without milk - try green tea, white tea etc.

You need to get outside everyday and have the sun shine on you and get fresh air. Air conditioned rooms with artificial light do nothing for your skin condition and tend to dry it out and make it dull.

Exercise is really important too - anything that gets your heart beating fast.
