    How to lose weight? I have tried many ways, such as sports,diet and so on, but there's no use, I'm still so fat.

          Don't starve yourself and just try to eat healthier.. I'm not saying completely change your whole diet, but for example instead of eating a cookie is a snack eat an apple. Make small changes like that will make a difference and over time you will see it. Also, try to exercise a little bit every day.
