I love cooking but I have a friend man who cooks really better than me. He has given me the recipe of the Thai soup.
Here are the ingredients for the soup:chilli and garlic must be cut into small pieces and fried a little in very little olive oil. Then put chicken stock in with that and some lemon grass for taste. Then add some dried herbs,coconut milk and let them cook together so the soup thickens but not too much. Add the fresh ingredients with boiled chicken filet cut into stripes and summer leek carrot and coriander and cashew.Its a delightful soup in around half a hour))
