Hard reset Nokia C3-01. press *#7370# and also press Dial. Enter the security code 12345. Before doing this restore data, 1st you should backup important data otherwise you'll lost it.
Soft reset Nokia C3-01, press *#7780# and then Dial. Default security code is 12345. when you do this, your phone will come to original factory status, and you are not loosing your data. But it is better to make backup file before executing any kind of reset.
