May be you can get domains for a service, instead of money in some forums.
But ocassionally register.com gives you first year free, but second year its $35

Are these Domain Names worth it..?? I mean, i don't think these will give me anythn in terms of traffic.. Not many ppl even know abt their existence..

Well you can get lots of offers like forum posting etc and you can get .info domains for $0.99 from Godaddy its equal like free..

You can go onto namepros and go to the "marketplace" then near the bottom click "$NP incentives" and do tasks for people for some $ on the forum. You can then use that currency to buy domain names.

Obviously, you cannot get anything free in this market... You will always have to pay... Also, you do not want ads, well thats a good demand..

I would suggest that you try rare ccTLDs like .co.cc who provide for free Domains as well as Managed DNS..

dude, there is no way possible to get good and free domain, all domains cost atleast 1$.
Normal domains cost from 20$ to 100$

You can get free domains on Namepros.com by earning NP$ by bookmarking peoples sites and posting on forums and such. Hope that helps.
