I wouldn't put much trust in free hosts. They also need to make money somehow so they would probably want to put ads somewhere

There is ofcourse no free lunch. Free hosting does come with its own share of risks. The biggest of them is losing the entire efforts that one must have put into his/her business model depending on such free hosting.

Not really. Hosting is only cheap so I don't like to take the risk of hosting my sites in free hosts.

I dont trust free host at all, cuase if something happens to your website, u cant say anything to them.

If a new one with a good offer, I won't refuse it. I just would like to make sure I don't use that for critical sites. I sually use free host as test bed.

My question is why shouldn't I?
I don't have any personal information I'm afraid to lose, I think I'm not taking the risk of anything so, why I can't trust in my free webhost.
It's working fine, customer support is great.

I kinda dont trust free hosts upto most of the free hosts.
Free hosts often want ads and mostly those who dont ask to show ads also, are often down and are not fast.
Paid hosts are often reliable!

friend may be some free hosing platform are very good and 75% net user using it and never complaining about it. and its help them to geting start..!

I only trust the well known ones. Who knows what a little host could do.

I do trust free hosts as long as I don't get my domain from them also. But backup your site often because you'll never know when they will go down.

The easy answer - No. They could probably close at any time.. Not a good business model I dont' think

Only free host I would trust is frehost.com because they have been in business for a long time and they have long a business model to earn revenue.

no i never trust on free hosts because it is not reliable for our site.
it's is one type of risk to trust on free hosts because some are good and some are bad how we know that who is bad and who is good so never trust on free hosts

i've been to a freehost for my first website and poof!!! they just gone to the wild. if you want to establish a site.. go and pay a dollar a month.

I think if you want to use a free host you have to be extra careful. you have to check how long they have been in business. how they keep their servers alive [ their income source ]. also you have to use an alert system to be notified if your site down. Also Free hosting is better for sites which has no income. when site start earn you can move to a paid host.

I just trust free host for what did they offer.
I will not go over if they will not offering for that services.
