In general, to avoid adaptation, you should change exercises once every 3-5 weeks. Make a list of exercises for each body part and simply pick a new exercise every 3-5 weeks. This will go a long way in helping you make consistent progress.

Personally I change my programs or the order of exercises once in the month. But it's not because of to increase the efficiency, but because I am getting bored while I am doing the same workout very often. In order to increase the efficiency of workouts I took the and recovery. Well if you want to get the best results I suggest you also to change the programs of workout and take the additional supplements for your nutrition. The general recommendation that I found in the internet, is to stay with the same overall workout program for a minimum of 12 weeks.

This is a very personal question for everyone. It all depends on how quickly your muscles get clogged with lactic acid, if that's what you mean.

I'd say that you don't have to change it very often. You have to test it and to see whether it is working or not. It is very important to work more on the technical part and after that, you'll be able to change it. My advice to you is to take it easy and step by step to add some more kilos while working out. After you'll know the basic exercises well then you can add some more. I did the same with yoga. I started from the easy part and after I understood how to breathe correctly I look for the other level. Now I'm trying to understand more and to use its energy. Wish you good luck.

As for the last one, I can be offended, too. The message was on point. But the author would like to recommend constant training. Workouts are done every other day - in between days of your main training program. That is, if your program provides training on Monday-Wednesday-Friday, then according to this program train on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You can put the exercise equipment at home so you won't be tempted to give up your commute to the gym. The program consists of 6 workout sets, which are added every week. And this applies to all parts of the body. if you work out for yourself, you can just sit dumbly on one workout plan.

I'll try to make a long story short - and so. Train every other day - in-between days of your basic training program. That is, if your program calls for Monday-Wednesday-Friday workouts, then train on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday with this program. The program consists of 6 workout sets which are added every week. On each of the training days, perform a certain combination of these sets. Each week the sets themselves, their sequences, the number of sets, and the rest time between them change.
