I'm currently using a free host, hostcell.net. They have very good services, and a dedicated, open-minded and helpful admin team you can access directly through the forums.

Despite the occasional server lag, and the 1 DDoS attack thats already happened, I am very happy with their services, and all for free! Though I choose to get the upgraded plan for 25 posts/month.

There are many hosts that I have used which have been much better and so I wouldn’t prefer to use Godaddy as a host.

I am using http://balticservers.com now, it's really one of the best choices for me!

I'm using balticservers too. Their services are quite cheap and good quality at the same time.

The best hosting provider are the small ones. They tend to offer quality customer service than those big and popular hosting provider. You just need to make sure that they are not fly by night hosting provider.
