On you Wordpress Dashboard, theres a lot of Free Themes. Just go to Appearance > Themes

Or you can search Google.

WordPress dashboard would be sufficient for the themes. You can get it from the appearance tab. In the case, you need more themes you can download it from other sites available on the net.
